1- Remove Plate

2-Match Prongs with Proper Size Buckle Holes

3- Insert Prongs into Buckle Holes

4- Insert "T" side into Slot Side

5- Twist to Buckle Collar

**SAFETY LOCK**

6- To Lock Buckle, wrap supplied O-RING around female end & push towards "T" to secure
