1- Identify the side where the prong inserts into the link with 2 holes

2- Remove Prong from the  link

3- Match Prongs with Proper Size Buckle Holes

4- Insert Prongs into Buckle Holes

5- Use supplied nuts & bolts to attach the slotted buckle side to the link with 2 holes

6- Place the screws into the largest holes of the slotted side of the buckle & insert into the holes of the collar link

7- Use your fingers to fasten the nut to the bolt in each hole

8- Use the screwdriver & pliers to tighten the nuts to the bolts

9- Insert "T" side into Slot Side

10- Twist to Buckle Collar

**SAFETY LOCK**

11- To Lock Buckle, wrap supplied O-RING around female end & push towards "T" to secure
